The farm is a fast-paced environment and staff are required to work outside in variable and challenging environmental conditions (rain and mud, sun and heat, bugs, smoke etc.) doing sweaty or cold repetitive tasks. Work days involve plenty of walking, lifting, bending and squatting and all employees must be able to meet the challenges of the day with a good attitude and the right clothing.
